I wasn't aware that I was doing so.   Simply asked some rather generic
and entirely innocent questions.

Please allow me to give those to you again...

For this big mass of IPv4 space that is, apparently, being (re-)allocated
to Microsoft, will they be justifying the allocation?  Will ARIN be vetting
that justification?

I was not asking to _see_ the justification, nor to be informed of any
of its particulars.  I just was asking questions about the procedure.
