As one of the AC shepherds for this proposal I want to encourage you to
comment on this proposal.

So, far there is a slight majority of people supporting the proposal as
written, and wanting it to move forward as quickly as possible.

However, there is also a call for one more round of corrections to the
text, possibly returning for another Last Call cycle. Additionally,
there is call by two people for this to return to the next Public Policy
Meeting in Philadelphia due to the extent of changes from the text
presented in San Juan.

Do you wish this proposal to move forward as is, move forward with some
minor additional changes, be returned to the Philadelphia meeting for
additional discussion, or some other recommendation? Currently there is
a bit of a division in the community regarding the best way for this
proposal to proceed, so it is important for you to weigh in, please
provide your feed back to the AC on this proposal.

Thank you.
