That's a big document. If you have a specific section to cite, as I
would expect if you are making these sorts of claims, provide it.

I will assume so until proven otherwise because I see no reason not to
trust the particular source in question.

Are the facts stated in the press release true or false? If you claim
they are false, then you are indirectly making the latter accusation,
regardless of your claimed lack of interest in doing so.
