They have always been there.  It would be nice if the Aye's could
be listed.  Grabbing a random vote from the minutes (first I found
with aye, nay, and abstain):

"The motion to abandon carried with 8 in favor, 4 against (SL, MC, DF,
 MH) and 1 abstention (HS) via roll call."

I know who voted against and abstained, but to figure out who voted
for I need to go back and see who was attending the meeting, and
then do the "diff" to see who is left.

A minor change, but it would make the minutes far more useful and
readable, at least to me.
