Hear hear!

Systemically, this is perhaps the worst of the PDP's failings: it
facilitates to the point of encouraging this sort of suppression of
public participation in ARIN's process.

Ditto. The problem such rules create (back-room dealings) is far worse
than the problem they solve (AC members shout too loud).
