    Benson was traveling in the DC area, and given that he was relatively new to the PDP and had multiple policy proposals that were under discussion, I offered to meet with him to describe the next steps for each.  This was noted on the AC call that you (and several others) participated in from San Francisco.

    Unfortunately, I could not make it (as I had to go downtown on short notice) so no meeting occurred.
