John,

Do you have any updates on when ARIN expects to implement Draft Policy 2010-1
Waiting List for Unmet IPv4 Requests?  According to
https://www.arin.net/policy/proposals/2010_1.html, the Board adopted
it on 10 August 2010, and its status is "Adopted - Implementation to
be determined".

I believe it is important that we implement this policy well in
advance of IANA exhaustion and update the NRPM accordingly to ensure
everyone is aware of how addresses will be given out as we approach
exhaustion of the ARIN IPv4 free pool.
