Thanks for the concern. In my opinion ARIN has the best counsel we could hope to have and I have to trust that if there were any problems that he would have let us know immediately. Just in case you didn't know Steve Ryan is present at almost all of our meetings even the calls.

Because this rule as written obstructs AC members from abstaining due
to conflicts of interest it probably violates ARIN's ethical standards
and may violate Virginia law. You should consult counsel.
