I support the AC's desire to have a stable framework as well.

I'm having a problem with that statement. Although I understand the need
to move forward, we are not divvying up the last /24 here. Many /24's
will come and go long after we're done with runout.
Firmly, I back what you are saying on moving forward with v6, but it
seems as though you are saying that we should *only* focus on that.

You are immediately biased. Although I appreciate the outright statement
of the AC, and the reasoning behind their statement, I don't think I
quite like your explanation...even if it is the truth. Me thinks that
one shouldn't reference a closeness to a party when making a statement.
It does not look good.
