OK, in that case will he AC suggest where it will draw the line ....I do
support a strong policy framework.

Additionally, pls relate to me the policy framework for IPv6 deployment and
what incentives if any, educational and or financial to be considered for
parts of the ARIN region perceived to be lagging behind in transition
because of investment and or technical capacity shortfalls.
