This is not NANOG, it is ARIN, ARIN and NANOG do hold joint meeting is 
the fall, so maybe that confused you.  See the following;

The next ARIN meeting is April 18-21 in Toronto, if you can't make the 
meeting, I suggest you try remote participation.  I can't find the link 
for it right now, but it will be available when more of the details for 
the meeting get announced in a month or so.
