Steve,

We have an excellent attorney supporting us and he is not shy when it comes to legal opinions. Thanks for this input as well.

I did not realize that my emphasis on the term 'license' in a past
discussion would come to this.

Personally, I do not know what the ramifications will be whether the
NRPM is changed or it isn't.

'License' is not a word that I like much, but because IANAL, I don't
know how to decide here. I do want the term removed, but before it is, I
want to be assured that the removal of the term will be in the best
long-term interest of the community from legal, economical, practical,
and 'fair' standpoints.

Because I don't know of any other method to do this, I formally request
that if Proposal 108 does not succeed, I want my Suggestion 2010.3
eradicated along with it, as to eliminate any discrepancies.

Steve

ps.

fwiw, Suggestion 2010.3:

Inline with Proposal 108, "Eliminate the term license...", I have found
the term 'license' used on the ARIN website, outside of the scope of the
NRPM:

- under "Experimental Allocation Fee" in

https://www.arin.net/fees/fee_schedule.html

I request that this term be removed/replaced as necessary, if necessary
and feasible.
