Good catch! I did not read that section carefully enough I think -
somehow I thought that it was simply restating the common 80% rule, I
did not notice the 50% to 80%.

I agree. I will wait a day or two for additional comments before
submitting a second version but something along those lines (if not
those exact lines) will be included in version 2.
