...if you are delegated a /29 or larger, your info is in the SWIP. If
the 'operator' of the systems that are assigned the addresses within
that /29 are that of the assigning ISP, then the ISP's contact
information will be placed *along side* that of the current address holder.

If someone requires information on the aggregate address holder, they
will use WHOIS to find that information.
