Respectfully suggest you figure out how to make registered ULA work in
the $20-$50 range and _then_ think about how to make GUA more like it.
GUA costs $1250, based more or less on the costs of running a registry
according to the policies we've created for GUA. ULA isn't workable at
$1250 a pop and while you guys talk fantasies of shaving two orders of
magnitude off GUA's registry cost the ULA need continues to go
unserved.
