[arin-ppml] NRPM 2009.4 – Editorial updates

A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been
published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2009.4 contains the
following editorial updates:

    * The diagram of the address hierarchy in Section 6.2 was updated.
    * The editor’s note, status and abstract were removed from Section 6.0.

These updates were reviewed by the ARIN Advisory Council as noted in the
minutes of their meeting which took place 16 July 2009.

NRPM version 2009.4 is effective 23 September 2009 and supersedes the
previous version.
