That certainly sounds like excellent advice, assuming "someone" is  
paying attention and has the same broad objectives.

In the end, the more people act on the above advice, and the more it  
has the desired effect, the less it will matter what anyone said, here  
or anywhere else.

Who knows, maybe when the next crisis comes, everyone will just  
spontaneously recognize it for what it is, and intrinsically know  
exactly what to do, and immediately act accordingly -- all without  
discussion or coordination.
