Anyone, regardless of location or membership is welcome to discuss policy changes on this mailing list in accordance with the mailing list AUP.  It's a global Internet, and well-recognized that these policies have implications for everyone.

I will note, however, that ARIN's role is the management of numbering resources within this region, and as such, no ARIN policy for number allocation will be applicable to GQHS.
