2009-1 has been forwarded by the AC to the BoT in the form shown at
<http://lists.arin.net/pipermail/arin-ppml/2009-May/013860.html> and
further community input to 2009-1 is therefore nonsequitur.  if you wish to
object to 2009-1 on the basis that the policy development process was not
followed, please do so.  if you wish to object to the policy development
process on the basis that it does not properly gather community input or
that it produces results that do not represent community consensus, please
do so.  if you wish to argue that 2009-1 as forwarded by the AC to the BoT
on May 4 is wrongheaded or incomplete, then please submit a new policy
proposal.
