 indeed.  well then... (reading the march board minutes is also 
 instructive....)  this issue does not appear closer to resolution
 than 18 months ago.  interesting dynamic btwn the members and the
 staff/board here.

 where is my popcorn and lemonaide?  this promises to be a good show.
