Hi, Lee.   This is kindof funny in that you are making my point for  
me.  You quoted everything I said, but failed to quote what I was  
responding to -- which was Martin's assertion that large providers  
aren't getting a fair shake ;-)

I was likewise arguing that there's no prejudice *against* large  
providers -- and that the only thing that might happen is that they no  
longer continue to have the extra lenient rules that were applied to  
pre-ARIN allocations as their working standard.  And I just don't see  
them losing that as something we as a community should waste many  
tears on.

There is something where ARIN is biased towards large and against  
small, but it wasn't in this thread and I'll address it separately  
sometime for amusement, to watch all the providers with legacy space  
come out and cry a trail of tears over their "Rights" ;-)
