Like all of us, "life happens" and then a group may realize that they don't have the network resources they need.

One of the most interesting conversations you could have would be with a state or federal "fire boss" for a major brush/forest fire. You get a new view of what "communications means"; they carry 6 or more individual radios/cell phones to maintain links to all the various different agencies assisting.
