I can't find anything on the Fortinet web site. No feature descriptions
of any kind. But I downloaded the FortiOS 4.0 Administrator's
Guide, and searched within it for "IPv6" and got dozens of hits. One
of them was
http://docs.fortinet.com/fgt/archives/3.0/techdocs/IPv6_support_Tech_Note_01-30007-82573-20081003.pdf
which might suit your needs.
I think the problem may be in where you're looking for feature
descriptions. The 2-page marketing glossy doesn't mention IPv6,
but also doesn't mention OSPF or multicast.
Ditto Juniper, or CheckPoint, or Cisco, or iptables. To get
information on what features are supported, you have to read the
release notes or documentation.
