[arin-ppml] <IGNORING CHRISTOPHER> RE: Apology requested from Christopher Mettin and the Gymnasium Querfurt High School

I'm confused. Shouldn't Christopher be talking to someone at RIPE-NCC?
Even though he is on some kind of "US territory", it is within the RIPE
region, isn't it?
It also seems that he doesn't understand the basic operation of a RIR.
He believes he is purchasing addresses and that ARIN "sells" address
space.
Am I reading him wrong?
