I know I have put my two cents worth in before, but I will do so again.  The
changes still permit the formation of for-profit IP brokerages and an IP
commodities market.  This in itself is a deal breaker.  No policy should be
implemented that allows either for-profit IP brokerages or an IP market.  It
is that simple.
