[arin-ppml] 2008-6: Emergency Transfer Policy for IPv4 Addresses

Based upon an inquiry, I would like to clarify my statements below.

I do NOT intend to say that 2008-6 is a more 'liberal' policy proposal
than 2008-2....but rather that 2008-6 was intended for those (like
2008-2) who want a more liberal transfer policy than exists now within
the Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM).

And of course, I also intended to say that "2008-6 was promulgated as an
alternative to 2008-2....."

Sorry for the confusion....
