[arin-ppml] The Library Book Approach to IPv4 Scarcity

You are not alone Seth..  The old school types with ethics will stick up for
the small guy and the anarchist..  It is the new types that care only about
maximizing short term profit from the internet that are pushing these
unnecessary rules.
