My only message was that your public cv is curiously incomplete, and  
that the gaps seem to belie a strong ideological predisposition that  
makes your frequent protestations of other peoples' "ideological  
constraints" deceptive, and more than a little hypocritical.

FWIW, my impression is that you do, indeed, favor competition and  
decentralized choice over monopoly and centralized control -- except  
when monopoly and centralized control is a "market outcome." But I  
have no intention of subjecting the community to any further  
discussion of this on list.

Out of curiosity, will you be filling in the blanks in your published  
cv, or is there another version where these and other "professional  
activities" not recorded in the version you share with the academic  
community are fully enumerated?
