[ppml] IPv6 getting real: was Policy Proposal: IPv4 Transfer Policy Proposal

Most of the appliance type devices are not supporting IPv6 yet..
perhaps because of a lack of support services such as a functioning DNS
(glue?) and lack of the aforementioned RBL support.
