As a further point of information, AS3066 appears on cursory
inspection to not have been updated since 2000, but displays data that
was updated in 2006 (see the encompassing orgid for a 'correct'
modification date).
Regardless of whether Heather's reports take this sort of thing into
account, those of us who routinely muck around in the whois data after
importing it into SQL are really at a disadvantage with our
reverse-engineered schemas, queries, and loadup scripts until ARIN
starts publishing actual SQL dumps rather than flat files full of
whois output.
