As far as I can tell, the carrot offered by the LRSA is precisely that: 
ARIN acknowledges your right, as long as the contract stands, to keep your 
legacy space.

Have you read the LRSA carefully with that in mind?  After doing so, what 
concerns, if any, do you still have with the LRSA?
