[arin-ppml] Whois Integrity Policy Proposal -- What is proof and how big is the problem?

Just out of curiosity, if you go to the ARIN web site, check your
POC info, determine that it is still accurate, and leave it unchanged,
does your date get bumped, or does it still appear to be old?

Does the database need a "date of last confirmation" to reflect this
situation, or would touching the "date of last update" suffice, or
is this a complete non-issue?

(I just checked my POC and ORG records and they are still correct,
and haven't been modified since 2000 and 2004 respectively.)
