Uh, from APNIC's web site:
http://www.apnic.net/policy/historical-maintain-guide.html
The resource holder contacts APNIC.
If the organisation is an existing APNIC member, the organisation can
contact APNIC hostmasters directly by email or phone.
If the organisation as an APNIC non-member account or has no previous
relationship with APNIC, the resource holder should complete the form:
ftp://ftp.apnic.net/apnic/docs/historical-maintain-form.txt
ftp://ftp.apnic.net/apnic/docs/historical-maintain-form.txt
#[ADDITIONAL INFORMATION]#
1. What changes would you like made to the resource registration?
Example: Please change the tech-c and admin-c to KX99-AP.
2. This application is subject to the following conditions:
- Non members of APNIC will be required to sign an APNIC non-member
agreement and pay an annual account fee of AU$127. (Note: there is
no limit to the number of separate historical resources that may
be maintained under a single account)
- All resources updated under this procedure will become subject
to current APNIC resource registration policies.
Do you agree to these conditions? (yes/no):
Randy,
In what way, exactly do you believe this leaves you with rights that
the RSA takes away from you?
Owen
