[arin-ppml] Call for Nominations: ARIN Board, AC, and NRO NC

as chair of this year's nomcom let me reach out to everybody -- democracy
requires participation, not just a high voter turnout, but a strong slate
of candidates. if you havn't nominated somebody yet, please think about
who you know and who might be a good member of the ARIN Board, ARIN AC, or
NRO NC. self nominations are also allowed. let's show each other and the
world how strong ARIN's community representation and participation really is.
