I'm pretty sure from the discussions amongst the AC and with the
author that I have participated in that the intent is to accept ANY
ARIN RSA, including the legacy RSA.

I am speaking only for myself in this context, but, I'm pretty sure
that if the intent were to exclude the LRSA, it would have been
clearly stated.  The term current is used to refer to the fact that
it must be an RSA ARIN currently accepts rather than an outdated
or expired RSA from some years back.
