I support the petition.  I support the proposal.

Here's the checklist to see if I am finally in compliance...

This is mail to PPML.  The support for the proposal is stated.

The email is also sent to petition.  The POC information, including 
telephone number and affiliation, that appears elsewhere in the 
message is now copied to the body of the message.
