Thanks.  My apologies for not looking deeper into the transcript, I 
had expected the presentation to be a separate agenda item.

So - for the person that asked about the lawsuit - the above URL is 
where you can find the best introduction to it. I would "trust" it to 
be the better source as Mr. Ryan does *not* say "I am not a lawyer, 
but".
