[ppml] Solicing comments: IPv4 to IPv6 Migration Incentive Address Space

Hi,

In principle, I don't support this proposal, no need to repeat what has been
said already.

Also, I will suggest, if the proposal is submitted, to replace migration
with transition, coexistence, integration, or a combination of all them, but
definitively not migration. This is something that has been discussed
already in many foras. With IPv6 we aren't breaking IPv4, and migration has
this connotation, we just add IPv6 support on existing IPv4 infrastructures.
It is true that in the long term IPv4 may disappear, but it is a different
history and very long term widely speaking. We should make sure that the
people don't get the wrong idea, despite journalist and PR folks still
insisting on migration. When I do training, frequently explain this point,
and people still ask when you talk about migration "so I disable IPv4",
which is wrong, at least in local area networks at the time being.
