of numbers, looking at all 5 RIR's plus IANA.

ARIN presents statistics at each public policy meeting.  The last
one was ARIN XIX (http://www.arin.net/meetings/minutes/ARIN_XIX/ppm.html),
and includes a presentation

with details on all five RIR's as well.

Each of the other 4 RIR's perform similar reports at their meetings, and
can be found off their various web pages.
