While it's true that my proposal does not close this loophole, I'll
point out that the existing 4.6 and 4.7 actually allow this person
to get a /15 to sell instead of a /16, so, I still think that the
proposal
is an improvement over the current state.
Not one of your arguments against my proposal has mentioned
a flaw that is not already present in existing policy. As such, I think
that my proposal is still an improvement over existing policy.
