TCAM masks allow this (at least in Cisco equipment).

We can limit the distance a de-aggregate travels certainly but it is still
a de-aggregate.  At 2 as-hops it has still effected most of the backbones and
major ISPs of the DFZ.  At 3 as-hops it effects more than half of all ASes.
