On the contrary. I am trying to point out that those who claim the
courts will inevitably grant property rights to address holders, are
making a very big assumption with a very weak foundation. There is
reason to believe that if anyone takes the matter to the courts, they
will basically support ARIN.

Most users of IP resources *ARE* cooperating and ARIN is at the heart of
that.
