[ppml] Policy Proposal 2007-6 - Staff Assessment

Policy proposal 2002-3 moved the bar from a /20 to a /22 for
multi-homed networks, and was implemented in May 2004.  I would
think statistics on /22 and /21 allocations since that time might
provide some useful data when considering this policy to move the
bar to a /24.

Could staff have perhaps a slide or chart or similar for that
discussion?
