Okay.  It's fair to say that it is time we (membership) put PGP into play.

But why is this policy and not something under the ACSP?  Sorry for 
seeming to derail the question at hand, yeah, I know it's not germane 
to the topic at hand but as I dig deeper I wonder when do we cross 
the line from "policies" to "services."
