Sorry, I've been trying to find time to update it based upon the 
quite-a-bit-of-additional-information I've gotten since writing it.  I 
will, right now, once again, try to find time to update it.  Expect 
another posting to PPML in a half-hour or so, or subject me to public 
shaming.
