If by neigh you mean 3-5 years, then I suggest that ARIN strike up the
band...wave the flag...and release the lawyers to go recover v4 space.  I do
not see v6 overcoming its vexing problems and satisfying a (yet inobvious)
substantial demand for it maturing in the interim.
