[ppml] Policy Proposal 2005-3: Lame Delegations

In general, I think this is a good policy.  However, I think that the WHOIS
data should retain the server records and flag them as LAME.  I think that
ARIN should, in addition, remove the delegating NS records pointing to the
lame servers.
