>         ARIN shall allow all non-prohibited uses of the APID, however
>         unless those uses are listed as a supported use the data set

ARIN shall publish a list of prohibited uses of the data published
in the ARIN whois directory. Any other use is allowed. ARIN reserves
the right to change the data format of the published directory with
6 months public notice.
