We were talking specifically about the current section 4.4, which  
states that a /48 is the longest v6 allocation that should be made  
using that section of the policy.

David has already responded to the question of including v6 in this  
proposed policy, and I think (unless I've missed something) cleared  
up any perceived need to include v6 in this text.
