Michael and all,

  I see that you violated your own policy regarding mentioning names
again.  I also see that after a number of years you still have trouble
following threads on Emails.  And finally, I see your attitude against
me or others you don't prefer is still very prevalent.  As such, as a
matter of good policy discussion and determination, leadership is
not an area of endeavor advisable for those that harbor such
prevalent and distinct attitudes.

  All this aside however, it is relevant that issues are directly
and indirectly connected with individuals whom are providing
some ideas as to how to determine policy's by which to address
them.
